"Ukraine treats the process of preparation and holding the next parliamentary elections with maximum responsibility," the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada stated during his meeting with the famous Lithuanian politician, former chairman of the Lithuanian Sejm, member of the European Parliament Vytautas Landsbergis, on Friday.

 

The Parties discussed peculiarities of the political situation in Ukraine during the pre-election period, as well as conditions for fruitful work of numerous international election observers, particularly, from the European Parliament.

 

The issues regarding political dialogue, economic and humanitarian cooperation between Ukraine and Lithuania were also discussed.
